The magnificent location with the endless sea view and the flowering oleander bushes around the house completely enchanted us. It was love at first sight!

 

In the course of the 1990s, we initially expanded Villa Dimitri from 2 residential levels to a total of 6 levels with 6 holiday flats and gradually acquired the surrounding land. From 2010 to 2015, we built Villa Andromeda with 4 flats on 3 levels.

 

In recent years, we have renovated all the flats at Villa Dimitri and fitted them with new kitchens and bathrooms.

 

Das steil abfallende Gelände mit dornigen Büschen wurde in mühevoller Arbeit zu einem blühenden Terrassengarten umgestaltet, in dem wir eigenen Wein, Oliven und Gemüse anbauen.

 

Dimitri has channelled his 30 years of experience as a design engineer at BMW into the architecture and design and is the ‘creator and maker’ of the buildings, terraces and gardens.

 

Helga is responsible for all business matters at Villa Dimitri and ensures that everything runs smoothly. In addition to organising and coordinating the lettings, she also takes care of the interior design and furnishings as well as the maintenance and care of the flats.

 

We are infinitely grateful to have realised our lifelong dream on this magnificent island with its wonderful nature.

 

In the meantime, at over 80, we are slowly approaching retirement age and are delighted that our daughter Karin has been actively supporting us every summer for several years and keeping us company with her dog Franzi.
