Please let us know your reservation request by email or telephone. Upon your enquiry, we will inform you immediately or within 24 hours which of the requested flats are bookable.

If you do not wish to make a binding booking immediately, you can reserve the flat for a maximum of 5 days in advance (option). If you do not book the flat after the deadline, the option expires without further consequences.

When the booking confirmation is sent, a deposit of EUR 100,- is due, payable within 14 days and the reservation becomes binding.

In the event of cancellation up to the 61st day before the start of occupancy, 20% of the total price must be paid, in the event of cancellation from the 60th to the 10th day before the start of occupancy 50% and in the event of cancellation from the 9th day before the start of occupancy the full rental price must be paid. In the event of early cancellation, the unused nights will be charged in full. It is therefore advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.

The flat is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 11 am. Exceptions may be possible by prior arrangement.

The flat must be left in a tidy and clean condition (swept clean, dishes washed, tidy). The final cleaning is included in the rental price. Intermediate cleaning can be carried out on request for a fee.

Bed linen and towels can be changed independently as required. Additional linen is available in the flat.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Ashtrays are available on the terraces. Please also note our house information.

Should you nevertheless have a complaint or notice any defects, please let us know immediately and we will do our utmost to rectify them immediately if possible.
