The terraces of the Dimitra flat offer a magnificent sea view as well as protection from the sun and are bordered by a lush, colourful flower garden.
A shady veranda with a pergola in front of the flat forms the outdoor dining area. This adjoins a large, jungle-like plant bed with roses, cynias and a laurel tree in the centre. A night jasmine enchants with its nocturnal scent.
The front sun terrace offers stunning sea views and is furnished with cushioned stone benches and a seating area as well as a large parasol.
A side terrace is located next to a colourful flower bed and is equipped with 2 sun loungers.
The interior consists of a bedroom with double bed, sitting area with open fireplace and shower room. Adjacent to this is a well-equipped kitchen with serving hatch. A separate bedroom with double bed is accessible from the veranda. A second, narrow shower room can be reached via the terrace.
